Land Evaluation
A Deoz Group builder will visit your site to evaluate site conditions.
Client’s Specifications
A room-by-room walk thru with a Deoz Group builder to identify specific wants and needs of your project.
Design Stage
Architect/Designer/Town Planner and Customer design the Home/Multi-Unit development.
Schedule
Deoz Group builder will provide the Customer with a detailed schedule for your project’s timeline.
Summary of Estimated Building Cost
Compiling all the information of plans and specifications from which Deoz Group will provide a cost estimate of your development.
Contract
Upon approval of Summary of Estimated Building Cost, Deoz Group builder and Client sign the contract.
Construction
Deoz Group builder breaks ground and construction begins.
Completion
Once your New Home/Multi-Unit development is completed Deoz Group will do a thorough inspection and walk-through with you and hand over the keys to another amazing Deoz Group Project.
